We’ve taken a “Best Practices” approach to defining the storage profile for our campus E-mail  system.  This approach has placed us inline with our peer institutions in the Commonwealth for  online mailbox storage and we’ve added additional backed-up space using our near-line (server based) archive storage.  This along with the Barracuda Mail Archiver will give us multiple backup solutions and locations to help preserve this resource.
